The Company is a business development and management consulting firm focused on becoming the partner of choice to international companies with business interests in the U.S.A and Latin America; and organizations with significant presence in Florida, and also other states.

 Company Ownership Polo & Associates Holdings LLC is a limited liability company, owned by: Victor Polo Sarmiento (100%). 

 The Company will provide comprehensive business development and corporate management services to assist clients in their opening and consolidation in new markets. The anticipated scope includes the implementation of commercial strategies/best practices, effective metrics through key performance indicators, and building toward long term improvement in the client organization's performance. We advise and assistance with any of the following: 

· Entity selection

· Entity formation

· Partnership agreements

· Operating agreements

· Assisting Clients in negotiating commercial deals.

· Negotiating and drafting commercial agreements.

· Performing due diligence activities.

· Advising in designing the internal corporate organizational chart, policies, defining processes and drafting manuals and procedures.

· Managing clients outsourcing of specialized services such as law firms, accounting services and financial advisors.

· Assisting clients in designing and implementing complex corporate operational structures

The immediate target clients are corporations and individuals in the State of Florida who are determined to work on their business portfolio allowing room to do business in Latin America, especially Venezuela, Colombia, Panama and Peru. It works as a double avenue with traffic coming in both directions with a significant number of companies and individuals with concrete plans to implement business in Florida, U.S.A.
